Sleepy Chicago Morning

I always stay up all night before I travel. It's a combination of procrastination and nerves. I have anxiety disorders. All kinds of things make me nervous; flying, driving, walking, open spaces, enclosed spaces, social situations, being alone, you get the idea. So leaving my apartment for a few weeks (constantly wondering if I left the gas stove on), flying in a recycled germ-air tin can, to go live with strangers is the opposite of comforting.

This challenge is so much more huge than many of you know. I just hope my stomach can handle it.




p.s. This cab driver is crazy. If there are no more posts, I blame him.
