My Thanksgiving posts just faded into the sunset as the tryptophan took hold. Then I went to DC for Christmas. Good times and probably too many Twitter updates @TheMeegan.
My next project is not taking me far from home, but it does relate to my friends the sloths. I will be attempting to jog the entire 8k Shamrock Shuffle in March. I don't run. I haven't trained at all since I completed the Shamrock Shuffle last year by mostly walking. This year I would like to keep up a slow-jog pace for the entire 8k (that's like 5 miles). As part of this goal I'm going to try to raise money for my slow brethren in Costa Rica.
Yes friends, "The Slow Jog For Sloths" is real.
